Our goal is to provide you the peace of mind that your pet will be treated gently, that medical care will be provided with skill and concern, that good options will be offered and explained and that you will be treated in a considerate and friendly manner. 

For your safety and ours, we have implemented the following check-in procedures:

Our front doors are locked.

Please ring the doorbell, call or text when you arrive for your appointment. You will speak to a staff member who will inform you of your wait time and instruct you to wait comfortably and safely in your vehicle with your pet. A Lakewood staff member will be out shortly to escort you and your pet directly into an evaluation room.

Please wear a face mask at all times while in the hospital.

To reduce contact, we ask that you prepay over the phone for medication and food.  We will deliver your food and/or medications with your receipt to you while you wait in your vehicle. 

If you are bringing your pet in for a scheduled nail trim, please call and prepay prior to your visit.

We accept credit cards, debit cards and have no-contact card terminals in all evaluation rooms.

We accept cash however we do not have change.  Any change owed will be added as a credit to your account. 

Please limit human owners to one person per visit (except in special circumstances).

If you have collected samples at home to bring in for testing, please place the labeled sample into the bin outside our front door.
