We would like to let you know that it is our priority to keep the personal, financial and pet  medical information that you share with us private and secure. We only release detailed information to third parties when authorized to do so in writing.  This includes release of medical records to pet insurance companies, boarding kennels, government agencies, other animal hospitals or private individuals.  As is customary and allowed by state law, we may release proof of vaccination information to third parties if we believe it is your desire to do so.  We maintain medical records at least as long as required by state law (if not longer).  We do not share detailed information with government agencies unless directed by you or court order.  We do not sell client mailing lists.  At this time we do have some concern about the use of third party websites to prepare vaccination reminder cards, medical records, prescription records and other data.  Therefore we have not subscribed to on-line, third party providers of these services.  We continue to investigate the possible use of a provider for this type of client convenience in the future.
